Here are the latest updates from the club:

NEEDED: TESTING ASSISTANTS

Are you interested in learning more about testing? Do you love being a gate monitor? Do you need volunteer hours without the chaos of a show or competition? Come join our Testing Committee!

Our test chair, Sierra Smurlolee, is looking for members who are interested in helping to run test sessions. This is a great opportunity to get involved and watch our skaters grow. We are looking for 2-4 reliable and trustworthy volunteers to help make the testing experience as smooth and professional as possible.

If you are interested, please email fcfsc.test@gmail.com with “Testing Committee” included in the subject line.

Open House

THIS Saturday, 4/26

• Junior Team: 2 -2:45pm perfect for skaters pre-freestyle+ but have not passed a preliminary skating test who have already completed showcase 101 and are interested in participating on a team. This team will spend the summer learning a mini-production number and will have the opportunity to compete this number at a few local competitions throughout the year.
• National Showcase Team: 3:00 -4:30pm is for skaters who have passed or are planning to pass a preliminary skating test or Adult Bronze skating test by June 1st and would like to travel to National Showcase in Rochester, Michigan July 28th - Aug 2nd.

A parents meeting will be held during the skaters practice for each group to go over pricing, skating schedule, and answer questions. Location to be determined. We know this Saturday is a busy day with Ice Show rehearsals, Eve Chalom Seminar, and Showcase practice/open house so the club will be bringing in a pizza/salad lunch and will have some light snacks to ensure our skaters stay fueled for the long day. We encourage everyone to sign up for the Eve Chalom Seminar that is occurring between Ice Show Rehearsals and Showcase practice.
