The Club is getting ready for our annual Skate Swap!! Saturday September 26 from 9am-1pm at the tent on the field at EPIC.
The sale provides an excellent opportunity for Club and non-club members to access great gear, used skates and apparel at an affordable cost. Many happy skaters have scored their first ever pair of skates, costume or coveted Zuca bag! The sale also raises funds that support all our Fire Crystals. So, dig into that closet and bring us any gear or skates you’re ready to part with! Items can be sold for you to receive money back or you can donate items for the Club to sell as a Club donation.
Steps for those wanting to SELL or DONATE items:
#1) FILL OUT this e-form here. Within 48 hours or so, you will then receive a link to a google document where you can enter all your items and their costs. The sooner the better but the deadline is Sunday September 20th.
#2) TAG YOUR ITEMS We have tags for you to attach to your items. If you have a lot of items, you will want to pick up the tags and put them on your items in advance. You can pick up these up from Juliana in the EPIC lobby Wednesday September 23: 5pm-7pm. If you do not have a lot of items, you can tags your items on site direction at the drop off on the morning of the event.
#3) DROP OFF ITEMS (and tag if not already done) at the skate swap tent on the lawn in front of EPIC from 7:30am-8:30am Saturday September 26. We cannot store items overnight at EPIC so the morning of the swap is the only time we can accept the items.
#4) Pick up any unsold items between 1pm-1:30pm at the skate swap tent Saturday Sept 26. Any items that are not picked up by this time will be considered a donation to the club to be resold future years for the Club or will be donated to other skaters.
- Please note that we are not able to accept pre-worn tights.
- Please also note that the FCFS Club cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that your items are misplaced or lost during the event; this is not anticipated, but possible.
Also, calling all Fire Crystals, we'll be sending out a volunteer sign up sheet for the event as well so please keep an eye out for that.
