***THIS SATURDAY: ATTEND ANNUAL MEETING, AUGUST 17th, 9am-1pm, EPIC Meeting Room A***

Please make it a priority to attend this year's annual meeting for Fort Collins Figure Skating Club! We are voting on changes to the bylaws, and we need to have a quorum of eligible voting members to do so; voting members are full home club members over the age of 18, single adult members, professional members and collegiate members. Need other reasons to attend? FOOD AND PRIZES! We have food and a raffle for 3 10-punch skate passes. Meeting starts at 9am. We look forward to seeing you at 9am SATURDAY!

MEMBER NEWS: If you would like to submit photos or items to include in the next newsletter, please send it to fcfsc.sharenews@gmail.com BY AUGUST 19th. Caption any photos with who is pictured, what event it's from and other details you wish to share.

SKATER OF THE QUARTER: Do you know a FCFSC skater who deserves some extra recognition for their accomplishments? Self-submit an application or nominate someone to be considered for Skater of the Quarter. Nominate at: fcfsc.sharenews@gmail.com or complete form: https://forms.gle/t7x91u3udMxsMWCx8. All submissions due: AUGUST 19th.

SKATE SWAP-- SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st

Set aside your used skating items (skates, costumes, and etc.) and donate them to this year's swap. Fire Crystals will collect them to resell at the event. More information on the Skate Swap will be emailed soon.

MANDATORY NICE ON ICE CLASS FOR ALL CONTRACT ICE USERS AT EPIC-- SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st.

Time to be determined, probably around noon. Attendance will be taken at this event, as it is mandatory and will review guidelines on conduct and policies for contract ice use.

OFF ICE DANCE CLASS WITH KATHY VREELAND resumes on Fridays on September 6th through December 13th. No class on November 29th for the Thanksgiving holiday. FCFSC members 12 and under are from 4:15-5pm, 13 and over are 5-6pm; Epic conditioning room. Sign up HERE for the class. The 12 and under class is $120 for the entire semester, and the 13 and over class is $140 for the entire semester.
