Our FCFSC Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, August 29th, at 10:00 a.m. in the large conference room at EPIC. Please plan to attend, as we require 15% of voting club members to be present to meet the quorum and conduct business. We will be electing four board members at this meeting. Board members will be elected through electronic vote in which voting members will have to identify themselves using their USFS number during the meeting. Per our Bylaws the Secretary must be able to verify the voter as an eligible member. If voting in person please make sure to have your USFS number available during the annual meeting.
If you are unable to attend, you may request an absentee ballot or designate a proxy to vote on your behalf. To request an absentee ballot, please email fcfigureskating@gmail.com for your ballot no later than 11:59 PM MST on August 22nd, 2026. To designate a proxy, please fill out the proxy assignment form by 11:59 pm MST on August 28th, 2026.
Voting members include all Home Club, Collegiate, and Professional members in good standing over the age of 18.
