Record Your Volunteer Hours From Fright Fest
Remember to record your volunteer hours from Fright Fest in Entryeeze. Home Club Members with one skater or a single adult skater are required to complete 20 volunteer hours, and families with more than one skater must complete 30 hours per family throughout the season. If you are a committee chair, your volunteer hours have been met. Please include which committee you were chair of. Sign in using the following link to get to our club’s Entryeeze page.
Here is how to add your hours into Entryeeze.
- Log in to your Entryeeze account; click HERE.
- Click on the Family Member whose hours you are recording.
- Under the "Volunteer" tab, select "My Volunteer Hours."
- Add the volunteer date, time, and description of what was done.

VERY Limited Ice Time Friday, 11/7- Sunday, 11/9
Fri 11/7 - Sun 11/9 there is will be only ONE freestyle ice time and NO public session ice available. EPIC added ice on Thursday, 11/6 from 7:30-8:30am and Friday, 11/7 from 5:45-6:45am (Freestyle) Check the EPIC ice schedule HERE.

Donation Matching
Did you know that many companies offer matching for cash donations or
volunteer time? Check with your company's HR department to see if they
offer this. This is a great way to increase your impact, and a great way
to help out the Club.
For example:
* If you donate $50 to the club, your company might match that, and
donate another $50 to the club.
* If you volunteer (at Fright Fest!), your company might match each
volunteer hour with a cash donation to the club.
An organization named Benevity manages these programs for many
companies. The club has recently registered with Benevity, so will now
show up when you search for us.
Mark Your Calendars: Winterfest Exhibition
Save the date--Winterfest Exhibition on Sun Dec 14th, 2-5pm. Winterfest is a fun, annual tradition where club skaters exhibit holiday and non-holiday programs in a recital fashion. Sign ups will be posted soon. For more information check our website.
New Club Contact Emails
FCFSC has recently established new club email addresses within the club's domain, making them easier for you to remember. These emails will direct your messages to the person responsible for specific concerns. For example, if you have a question about volunteering you'll be able to write the volunteer chair directly. Here's the list of new addresses:

Participate in Our Easiest Fundraiser
Sign and designate FCFSC as your Community Rewards recipient. Then, just shop at King Soopers and enter your phone number at the check out. It's that easy! Also, tell friends and family how they can register to support FCFSC even if they are out of state. If they shop at a Kroger brand store, it counts!
