Volunteer Sign Up is READY!

Our volunteer sign-up for Fright Fest is published. PLEASE NOTE SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICIAL SCHEDULE THAT THIS IS TENTATIVE. SOME SPOTS MAY NEED TO BE FINE-TUNED FOR SCHEDULING ONCE WE RECEIVE IT. For now, please sign up for spots which you anticipate you'll be able to fill; we can coordinate adjustments later.

Also, please make sure to sign up for a position at least a few days in advance. We all appreciate members attempting to fill positions, and realize everyone means well when they show up and ask "how can I help?" However, it makes it difficult for the volunteer coordinator to accurately plan for filling shortages. Thanks for understanding and assisting with this.

Start filling your required volunteer hours now. (Home Club Members: 20 volunteer hours are required for members in good standing. 30 volunteer hours are required of those households with more than one skating member.)

Calling All Tossies!

Remember when your skater started their skating journey as a Learn to Skate competitor? Let's help make this Fright Fest memorable for our Learn to Skate competitors this year.

We're looking to collect stuffies to hand to these newer skaters to recognize their progress and congratulate them on a program well-skated. Please collect new or unused (in good condition) stuffed animals to hand to these skaters when they finish their programs at Fright Fest. Have a tossie to donate? Please give them to Coach Katie. She will tag them and have them ready for being thrown out at the competition.

And we will probably need 1-2 older teenagers to hand out the tossies / stuffed animals during the competition. Please check the volunteer sign-up for these jobs to be added soon. Thank you!

Plan for Virtual Fittings Before Fright Fest

Edges and Dreams will be at Fright Fest. If you plan to get new boots please plan on contacting then and completing a virtual fitting in advance. This might expedite actual fittings if they can bring up appropriate boots.
